1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if the following conditions are met:

• The product is damaged, defective or not what we ordered when it arrives
• We get the return request, within 2 days of delivery
• The product is still unused; its original packaging is unopened. It looks just like when we got it
•  We have the invoice and proof that we bought the product

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not take back things, for hygiene and safety reasons. This is what we do not accept:

• Perfume bottles that have been opened or used
• Products that do not have their boxes or bags
• Things you bought when we had a sale or were getting rid of old stock unless the item is damaged when you get it

3. Return Process

When you email us please share these details:

• Your Order ID
• The product details
• Clear images that show the issue

Our team will look at your request. Get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. If we approve your request we will. Arrange for someone to pick up the product or guide you on how to return it.

4. Refund Policy

When the company gets the product you sent back and they check it:

• Refunds will be done in 5 to 7 business days
• The money will go back to the way you paid for the product in the place
• If you paid cash on delivery the refund will be sent to your bank account or, through UPI

5. Replacement Policy

• If your product is damaged or it is incorrect we will give you a product, for free.
• If we do not have a product you will get all your money back.

6. Shipping Charges

• If you get a product that is damaged or incorrect we will give you return shipping.
• We will not give you return shipping, for products that do not meet the rules for returns.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are sent out.
• Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
